Now, take a dough and divide into equal portion (make into balls) and keep aside.

Method for Paratha :

Lightly flour on the rolling board and take a dough roll into round/square shape then grease the surface with the little melted ghee. Now make slices into strips, Then roll up each strips towards the end. (like a Swiss roll).Make sure the roll is not too tight or loose, and pinch the seams and seal the dough and dust with flour.

Repeat the remaining balls of dough.

Then lightly dust and gently press down on pleated dough and roll the paratha and make round shape, make sure roll lightly, don't apply much pressure, you may lose the layers.

Heat the pan/tawa on a medium heat.
Place the paratha on the pan and leave for 1-2 minute and flip the paratha, add 1 tsp. ghee on the top and leave for few seconds and flip again and cook till its golden.

Serve hot and enjoy it with chai/curry.
