Comments
Excellent recipe - tried it... some queries:
1. The kali mirch - do I put them as whole or crush them slightly?
2. I see an elaichi (cardamom) in the photo - but do not see that in the ingredient list. Is there any khada masala in this? If yes, then what and when do we add it?
Regards,
Aseem
In what sizes must the green chillies be cut? Or must they be slit in half?
Regards,
Aseem
Sorry for very late response,
For Kali Mirchi u can use whole or can crush them slightly.
Yes,I have put cardamom as I used whole Mixed Gram Masala in it.
I used both whole Gram Masala and powder as well, its give more taste.
Yes dear,
Maine onion ko nahi bhuna, may be you might add too much of water that's why it got shorwa.
That dish looks fantastic and your pictures are perfect! looking very nice and yummy..
