Healthy Breakfast Omelette
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1 tsp Red chilli powder
¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
1 Tomato
1 tbsp Ginger and Garlic paste
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Salt to taste
Preparation:
In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp water,chopped Tomato, Red chilli powder,Turmeric powder ginger and garlic paste and salt .Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and beat them with a fork.Until they turn a pale yellow colour. In a large non-stick saucepan at medium heat, add oil.Pour egg mixture in it.Cook for 2 minutes then turn over to cook the other side.
Serve the Hot Omelette Enjoy it :)
