Badam ka Harira



Ingredients

2 Cups Milk
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp Almond Powder
1 tbsp Ghee
2 tbsp Sugar


Method
  

In a  non-stick saucepan at medium heat, Add Ghee Allow to cook in low heat for 2 minutes.
Then Add the flour and almond paste roasted till it light golden brown for 5 minutes,Then add Milk in it  mix it well without any lumps,Then Add sugar into the boiling milk and keep stirring on a low flame for 5 minutes.Remove from the heat .

Serve it  warm with  Paranthas /sip it :)

Harira ia a great nutritional drink during the post-partum period. My Mom adds honey in place of sugar. You have presented it so beautifully!
Is that something similar to Badam Milk? Or something totally different. But it does look tempting...

Badam Milk is similar but if its Milk shake its Totally different :)
